Had an issue with first pair of airpods, but new pair sent as soon as I returned 1st set. All done with great comms.

they were very professional and dealt with the situation really well and seem to know what there doing I would 100% buy from them again as there products are really good too and work better than I thought they would! 5 stars.

Ordered Airpods which didn't arrive for over 6 weeks. Customer support seemingly prompt and polite, apologetic and claiming they have sent and resent. Neither tracking number worked. It took me leaving a 1 star review and claiming my money back via my bank for them to finally send the airpods. I now have my item but it took way to long, way to many emails and a thread from my side before it was all solved. Will not ever buy again from here.

The experience was lovely even though there was a mistake on the package due to the address that I provide was wrong.They sent out a brand new one within 48hours which I recieved and it was packaged very well and the product was protected. Overall, lovely experience and they helped me with sorting my error out which no other company does without a argument.This company is good as it affordable and I’ve had AirPods previously these AirPods that I bought were affordable and I felt like I was not being scammed.Literally a exact copy of the real AirPods.As a side note I bought the AirPods pros.
