The amount of fees i'm being charge is astronomical. Definitely the worst idea and I never should've enrolled.

It has been a pleasant experience…

It has been a pleasant experience working with this group to get my dept paid down. I appreciate the simplicity of it all, having someone work on your behalf. They have already negotiated some of my debt down and I couldn't be happier. I had no clue how I was going to get my credit cards paid off and this has been so helpful. The staff has been very helpful and have provided so much helpful information.

I was frustrated at there enrollment…

I was frustrated at there enrollment process and decided to go with my gut feeling so I told them to cancel the deal and send my money back. Now they're going to keep an enrollment fee of hundreds of dollars when the enrollment process isn't even complete.
