Lied to? That’s an understatement. I have been ruined. I can’t purchase anything that would need financing. My insurance rates are astronomical because of my 467 score which was 690 a year ago. They told me my score would drop but start to go back up after 6months, that was a lie! They contacted accounts NOT included in the agreement sending them a POA for a card opened specifically to begin reestablishing credit worthiness. I listened to their bs about letting the accounts tumble. They tumbled alright, they still have not settled them and it’s been 9 months since I signed up. Worst decision I have ever made.

DO NOT USE!!!!! I used them to settle some credit card debt because I was paying over $1,000 per month just to keep up with minimum payments. Debt of my own making of course. So it sounds good when someone says they can settle your debt for less is a few months. What a lie! Three years later I'm still paying $600/month to these scam artists, they ruined my credit, they NEVER communicate and practically steal all of the money you put in escrow. You'd be WAY better off just cancelling your cards and slowly paying them off. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. What a joke. Worst decision of my life.

The employees who answer the phones are always so respectful and polite. Also very caring. These important things hardly ever happen in the world as it is today. I appreciate everything they do and say. Thank you for being g so generous.
