Good but not Great
I would not say they are great but pretty good. I had to pay off one card myself so I had to borrow that money from a friend that I am paying back. The last day of the settle date didn't happen so I have to go 10 more months. At the beginning I was paying lower amount but having to get money I now having to pay out more than I did. However after my 10 months is over, this will be over. I did have to be aggravated with letters with lawyers about taking me to court. The court letters that I had to deal with and a chance of having to pull a lump sum out of pocket was not told to me. I think they did better than 3 stars. However if it wasn't for the aggravation I would have given them 5 stars.
Settling debt
Getting closer to being debt free.

I called a few times over the past few months. I was told over and over again that they were not settling because they had not received a settlement offer for more than 50% of the balance. This settlement offer is for only 25% off of the balance. When I called to approve I had no way of getting my questions really answered, but I was definitely pressured to accept the settlement.

As Expected
They have done all that they had promised, They negotiate well.
Not Finished
Sending paperwork on what credit cards was sending and/or texting me was okay when I would get a response back acknowledging receipt of the paperwork. This lack of return information brings about an anxiety that is not necessary for the clients stress levels. I have one of the four credit cards with an settlement and it was added two months ago. The initial three are still pending. I'm starting to get collection calls that I'm hanging up right now before talking further and being recorded. I'm into 4 months of the program. Reviewing my credit report one of the non-settled accounts have been closed.
