Very good service ,more importantly, when things go wrong as they sometimes do ,i found the communication fast ,and effective to resolve the problem . my problem was the delivery time ,that was delayed due to the christmas period i wrote and emai,l and within two fast email i was offered a discount and the matter was resolved . This is what i believe counts more the efficient manner that problems are dealt with and the communication ,

I ordered a second set of Sennheiser headphones for Jim to use while we watch TV... Future Shop had them @ $228.99 Cdn... I got these on eBay, brand new from The Camera Box for only $103 US!! Even with tax, duty and shipping, they were a great bargain, and they only took a week to get here. I'm a very happy camper. 8^)

Everything fine, but user manual fall apart and now in leaf by leaf state. Cannot really blame seller though.
