HDEW’s expedient way in getting my faulty Garmin watch sorted out was such a relief especially when I had lost my sales receipt ! However, with dates from my credit card statement I was able to find the date of purchase and HDEW was able to track down my order quite quickly from their records of nine months ago. This is a company that obviously keeps meticulous sales records unlike high street retailers who would have been pants without a sales receipt and I would’ve been up the spout in getting my faulty watch sorted !
