We had excellent customer service from a young lady called Leah. She went out of her way to ensure we received our hammock and then emailed to ask if we had received our order. Such a pleasant and refreshing difference from some service with online purchases! We also received very swift, next-day delivery. The hammock seems well-built and was a big hit with my wife!
