I ordered two Paul Mitchell Tea Tree…

I ordered two Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Colour Save Shampoo and Conditioner products that are not genuine products and caused a reaction. I ordered two Paul Mitchell products (300ml tea tree colour save shampoo and matching conditioner) that i have had before but not had this reaction to my hair. It has left my hair feeling tacky, it looked dull and felt awful. I contacted the company within 10 days of my purchase and they are not interested in helping. I always use Paul Mitchell products and have had these two products before and they did not do this to my hair. I feel there is an issue with this product. I have explained this in corresponding emails more than once. I’m happy to have another set, gift voucher or a refund to get an alternative from them but they have NOT replied after two further follow up emails. There is no further resolution or replies from this company. I have spent good money with this business and they just do not care there is a problem with these products. I have written back for further time advising them of the distance sells act and they still have not replied. Still NO reply….I am appalled by their lack of customer care. I am disappointed at it’s awful customer care and service and ultimately appalled they are selling problem products that they are unwilling to even investigate.Please be aware of this company selling substandard products, their poor customer service. You will be out of pocket too.

Excellent service as always

Excellent service as always. I do have to say though , I know times are difficult, but I do miss the free samples that you used to give. Always good to try new products before buying full sizes.

Stop sending multiple review requests

The purchase itself went smooth and item arrived fast but I keep getting emails to review this company despite clicking unsubscribe on the previous two review request emails

Order was fulfilled correctly but missed a request for two trigger pump nozzles for use with the 1 litre bottles of shampoo. They did not respond to my query just sent out the order.
