Order arrived quickly. There was an error (wrong size bottle of shampoo) but phoning them they were apologetic and arranged to send the correct size next day delivery and sent a return label for smaller size. Couldn’t have asked for more. Had a follow up email saying they had received my return too. Overall really professional and great to deal with. Thank you

I ordered some Olaplex products from UK Beauty Club. There was initially an issue with delivery due to Royal Mail misplacing the parcel. I got in touch with UK Beauty Club and received a very prompt response from Lesley. She was incredibly helpful. I had to wait the stipulated number of days before re-contacting Lesley again to allow Royal Mail a chance to deliver the parcel (it never came). When I got back in touch with Lesley, she phoned me and asked whether I would like the products resent or refunded. I opted for them to be resent, and they arrived so quickly! She even threw in a few free gifts to make up for the delay, and sent a handwritten note with them - what a sweetheart! Would definitely recommend!
