Brilliant, fast delivery

I have used Dermalogica products for years, although this was my first purchase from the UK Beauty Club The products were easy to find on the website with easy instructions to follow to ensure the ordering process was successful. Once ordered the products arrived promptly and were packed securely. All in all, a first class service and one that not only will I use again but also recommend to my friends

Exceptional service and value for money

Aveda at a good price arrived on time could not have asked for more thank you for a good service.

Still waiting for delivery I am told that if I don’t receive the order I placed on the 27th October by the 14th November I need to contact them again . This is supposed to be 1st class Royal Mail ! Very disappointing

I ordered hair products for next day delivery on Monday and they came Thursday. I don't feel I should have still had to pay the high fast postage 24hr cost for this sort of turn around. When I complained, they sited that DHL had delivered it on 27th, but this isn't the case. I've asked them to request proof of delivery as DHL aren't telling the truth here. However, UK Beauty Club obviously think I am lying as they prefer to believe DHL and don't seem prepared to look into it. Kind of tough luck attitude and zero customer service. Do customers really go to this much effort to save a few quid on postage ? I wish you had believed me. So watch out if you request 24 hour postal service as it might take 4 days and it's apparently tough luck, UPDATE I have read your reply to my review below. I have asked for proof of signature from you and DHL as it didn't come on 27th and wasn't signed for. But you haven't provided it (because it didn't come and wasn't signed for). I asked for someone I could refer this to by email and - nothing. I'm amazed at your lack of customer service. You haven't had the curtesy to reply to me by email but instead posted something on trust pilot. Is that good customer service? Ill let others decide. I still stand by not bothering with next day service as either the courier or this company will lie and say it came. Find someone else that values your service and use them instead. Very sad to get this response and to have to air it this way.

Speedy delivery of product ordered. GHD Root Volume Spray. Have used this product before but unable to purchase locally
