I phoned to ask some technical questions about the EV Charger I wanted to buy. My questions were answered promptly over the phone and I asked if I placed the order straight after calling them (at 4:30pm) if it would it be dispatched the next day. The person on the phone said as soon as they get my online order they would process my order the same day so that it would be dispatched the next day (in time for my electricians appointment which was 3 days later). Got my charger on time and price that was better than anywhere else.
