Finding the customer service via live chat quite sarcastic and unhelpful. Arranged a return of a home charging unit and was interrogated as to why I wanted to return the unit. After advising we have recently bought a car which comes with free home charging unit and installation, Voltaev took it upon themselves to contact the specified company to confirm if this was true and further advised me the free charger and installation was basically a con. I confirmed this was not the case and returned the home charger within the 14 days period and rudely told it will take 'up to' six weeks to be refunded. They can't even confirm if it has been received even though royal mail tracking states it was delivered several days ago. Ordered from this website based on trustpilot reviews, how wrong was I. I am glad I have saved chat transcripts and emails from the company to reiterate how unhelpful they have been. I am glad I payed via paypal because I will look to raise a dispute if necessary because I feel dealing with this company has been nothing but challenging.
