I had an immersun unit that blew up, I decided to go for the Eddi as the reviews were much better, I need a replacement as soon as I could, I ordered it with another company and after three days of promises they let me down. I decided to try this company, not holding out much hope after my previous experience. I was completely amazed by their level of professionalism. I was told the item was in stock and that I had until 1:30pm if I wanted it the next day. I ordered it at 1:20pm and it was sent out that day, I was notified at every stage and the next day at about 14:00 it arrived, all intact, I fitted it that day and all was back to normal.
