Ordered a Hypervolt stand which was delivered super fast the next day, unfortunately their supplier sent the wrong one. Phoned Barbara in their Customer Services department and she was super helpful and apologised for the mistake and subsequently arranged for a replacement and pickup the next day. Great customer support as she also kept me well informed by email throughout the whole process.
