I relocated my business to France, but knew it was important for UK client confidence to continue to have a virtual office base still in the UK. Their virtual office address provided me with the perfect solution that I didn't even realise existed! My business still appears in the UK and importantly UK google searches. Great company to deal with, they solve a problem that other businesses are no doubt struggling with too.

Very easy to make any changes to my script as they are always prompt in responding via email or easy to reach on the phone. Reliable and offer me peace of mind that my team is never going to be stretched or calls dropped. They've never given me a reason to contemplate looking elsewhere, so would recommend to any business considering a similar service.

CSnotepad said they could be like my own receptionist, I was skeptical, but shouldn't have been. They answer my calls, take messages and deal with my general enquries. I don't even have to think about my ringing phone any more. My customers think they've reached someone in my team, which makes my business seem bigger than it actually is, which is good for buyer confidence. This service really has exceeded my expectations so I can't rave about CSnotepad enough.

Great responsive service

These guys have transformed my business, literally! Since using CS Notepad every call is now answered, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I have given CS a script so all of our calls are answered in the same way, every time. CS now also book jobs straight into our diary, which saves me hours. CS have saved me employing another admin employee which is exactly what they promised to do when I signed up, so no complaints here and I would recommend them to anyone.
