13 weeks since ordering and still no delivery date...

I placed an order for team kit on 5th October'21 and was given a 10 week lead time. They advised I would be updated if there would be any changes to the lead time due to covid. I'm not aware of any further covid restrictions nor have I been updated with a new lead time, however it has now been over 13 weeks since i placed and paid for my order and I still haven't received a date for delivery. I was sent half my order at 11 weeks which appears to be good quality but we can't wear half a kit so we are still unable to wear it.

I can not sing their praises highly enough, always top quality shirts in generous sizes, customer service is top notch, nothing is too much trouble. delivery is quick and reliable, cant wait for the new range, i need more Olorun in the wardrobe

Dreadful business ethics and after being a very loyal customer for several years, our trade costs have more than doubled with no prior warning. Such a shame they have forced their customers away purposely to supply and focus on their big accounts!

Had a little hiccup with the second order and the manager quickly and professionally dealt with the matter. The garments and embroidery service are first class, highly recommended and very reasonable on pricing.
