I didnt recive an account

First i bought a account. I waited 1 hour to get it, yet it says ''instant delivery''. Then i bought another account, where i messaged the live chat before "Is this time instant delivery", where he asks me what rank i am going to buy. I said prime masterguardian. "Yes the delivery will be instant!". I buy, and i waited 14 hours, while all the time i got ignored, by the customersupport-helper Alex. All in all, a very bad experience, since i bought 2 prime accounts..

Decent services but they gave me nova 4 insted of mg1.Also took a bit of time for the helper.But overall great site i would recommend
