Loved the ornaments - great selection!

The ornaments are beautiful and arrived safely.

I love the large selection of dog breed ornaments! They are each so sweet.

The 2 nd ornament you sent had the same dent on the lid of the cap. It was pushed in as if it was crushed. I am disappointed that the item arrived in that condition. The box it came packaged in was not crushed or damaged.

I ordered my ornaments as a gift on December 8 2024. They have still not been delivered. My credit card has been charged. I have sent numerous emails to ask about this and no response. I also left a voicemail and no one has returned my call. I have had contact with the shipping company they use and was told to contact Old World Christmas directly which i have. I still keep getting promotional emails to purchase things but nothing regarding my purchase and no product!!!!

Beautiful ornaments

I love my grizzly bear ornament. It's a great addition to my collection and I love the old glass blown look! I would recommend to anyone who has a love of brown bears like I do!

I love all the ornaments I received, and all the ornaments I purchased previously.

The ornament came in the box broken, with pieces not in the box, so it was packaged and sent already broke. They refunded the price of the ornament, but not the shipping and handling. This was to be a gift, so I wanted an even exchange, but that wasn't an option. If I wanted another, I was going to have to reorder, pay additional s&h, and take a chance it might be broken next time around.
