Terrible Customer Service
The product is nice, a little gaudy, but when it was lost by the PO, OWC staff communications were very unfriendly. The PO did eventually find it. When I informed OWC, the response I got was "Hmmmm". I'm not sure what that means but it seems snarky and rude.
