Rented a car for a day at Karent in Paros. Have been struggling for nearly a month to get the authorisation hold removed from our card. After many requests - the weak replies are not accepted anymore

The service from Karent is excellent. They were on time when we meet them at Paros airport and on time when they collected the car at the airport too. The car was clean and in very good condition, we will definitely use Karent again when we return to Paros.

I Pre-booked a Car with John from Karent from New Zealand for 9 Days when we arrived to Paros. I had done some research as many do into Car rentals there and Chose Karent because they have had some good reviews they had a Main Road "Modern Office" and only a 5 Minutes maximum walk from Port arrival on Ferries. John was very professional with his correspondence via email and was the same on the Day of meeting and picking up the Car. He went through all necessary paperwork with me, explained it and together we went over the vehicle (existing marks etc if any). We agreed together on it and he also explained costs etc if i marked it and optional insurance covers if i wanted. At this point i would like to mention that Karent's Vehicles are great. We got a 2018 Fiat in "as new condition". We dropped at Airport and everything went as smooth as we could wish. It really isn't worth trying to save a few Euro's and getting a Vehicle from one of the Port Hawkers or a Third Party Website when you can contact a reputable Company like Karent direct. Using the other options will only end up costing you more on the day with Dodgy Hire Companies, bad Vehicles and not wanting to release any deposits/arguing over "supposed damage". Remember when in the Islands, Common sense prevails if you want to enjoy yourself. Park safely not too close to anything, Maybe walk an extra few meters and beware of the consequences of going off the beaten track and damage to your vehicle. After all it is only fair that should you damage it you will need to pay to fix. Thanks Karent Karim Aliani

We had a reservation through the internet, for a small car in Paros. The staff in Paros was very nice and helpful. The car was a bit old, but had no problems and there was nothing to worry about. We would reccomend this company to anyone.

Location was perfect just in front of the port. Car was new and delivered clean and in proper shape. Staff friendly and helpful. Really nothing to complain, next time in Paros I know already where I will go to rent my next car!
