Very hard purchase of a Plesk license

I'm also in the same situation of Michelangelo, I purchased a plesk license, same request to verify the account with my driver license. I think they could apply a different policy for customers such as me, becuase it's really hard to understend the reason why they requested KYC verification upon a plesk order. I'm also opening a paypal dispute.

Unnecessarily complex purchase

After purchasing, with difficulty, a Plesk license for a year they asked me to send my driving license and passport for an account "verification". Totally unacceptable. I have requested support for activation or refund. I will update this review later. UPDATE: After opening the dispute via PayPal, ZNetLive proceeded to send me the Plesk activation code in a very short time without requiring identity verification.

Top 10 worst company. Scam

Top 10 worst company. Scam company! I purchase a Plesk license 1 year, and after payment, they ask me to send passport and driver license, i thought this is too abuse, but i sent it. the system said that the image is not ok, so i am unable to access the product, the time is runing, support ticket untill now no response. i opened 3 days ago. suport on chat told me to send an email, no solution, no refund, no product available.
