Misleading, no money-back guarantee as promised. The product I bought didn't work, I asked for a refund within their 'Hassle free' 30-day money-back guarantee and they refused, I checked their page and it was very misleading and vague. Avoid buying from these because they have no integrity. *UPDATE* The response below is aligned with their usual misleading behavior, the first thing I did was go to their customer services and got no help whatsoever. It annoys me when people get responses like this because they will do absolutely nothing to resolve this and I am 100% sure of that.
