Thank you for the prompt delivery - couple of days. However, unable to ascertain whether I ordered or they supplied the part I actually required and ordered. Problem is the part was incorrect (a parallel printer cable) I enquired regarding a refund (I was quite happy to pay for courier) To which the answer was - we do not give credit for this item. To which I say, thank you and goodbye.

I premature ordered a scanner for courier but it turned out i don’t need one. Netnest cancel the order and refunded me without any problems. When I do really need a scanner it will be Netnest.
