Poorly run & website issues, A company like this should focus on customer experience, simple, if I spoke with someone whilst going through the issues i was experiencing could have got it resolved, and they would have another customer. the company just don't seem keen on getting you signed up what should be there main priority? the reason for 3 stars is because of there communication and having to wait 2 days for a response. when it should have been dealt with asap
