Jenny and Maha have been amazing accountants. They have made accounting and managing my finances much easier for me. They are very prompt with responding back to messages and take their time explaining things so that I can understand it well. We have bi-weekly meeting to go over my account so I understand everything and I can provide them with admin they need to keep my account up to date. Jenny has been very supportive with transitioning my accounts from my old accountant and has made sure my financial documents are submitted correctly to both company house and HMRC. I am very happy I have chosen Osome to do my accounts, its much better than traditional ways of doing accounting. Helps when you have good account managers too tbh. I've been with Osome since December 2021 after comparing a few different options for my E-commerce store. I have been very impressed with the service i've received throughout, however my accountant Jenny and assistant & bookkeeper, Maha have truly gone above and beyond during our time working together. They are always on hand to answer any questions either through message or on a quick call and usually respond within a few hours, even during busy periods. Jenny has always been so patient to explain things i haven't understood and point out ways i've been able to optimise the business. In the last two months we've exited the business having found a buyer to take over the store. I honestly don't think the sale would have been possible if it wasn't for Jenny's experience and expertise. She advised me of all the options of how to structure the sale given my personal tax circumstances and saved me thousands on my predictions, finding multiple ways to reduce the liability. We had multiple conversations with nothing ever too much trouble and everything was prepared ahead of time allowing me to proceed with the sale. I'm truly grateful to Jenny and Maha who have been key in the success of my business this year and as a result would not hesitate to recommend Osome to anyone.

Really helpful call with Sabah - she talked through everything I needed for my new AMZ business without upselling, in fact she downgraded a couple of features I don't need at this stage. Have yet to start working with Osome so this review is purely based on that call, but from experience to date, I'm very happy.
