I usually never leave bad reviews but I made the biggest mistake putting my money into Osome. If you are a new seller, save yourself the headache and go to a brick & mortar firm. It is worth the extra cost. Osome pride themselves on their bespoke 'software' which at the end of the day still requires real people to bookkeep and file. I am coming up to the filing deadline and they hadn't even started their work until a month ago. I have asked on multiple occasions for an estimated date and I get different responses from different people who work on my account. Their word doesn't mean anything because I have now passed about 3 dates they mentioned yet no sign of my accounts. Majority of their positive reviews are from people like me who were convinced by the team at the start of their subscription/plan to leave them a review for a discount.

(SEE EDIT BELOW) I would give 4 or 5 stars if this were fixed. Shoaib who does my VAT returns goes through the effort to make a query list to match payments to invoices, but can't be bothered to look at the matching I've done through the accounting tab on the app???? This also means he never reads any comments there. Just imagine paying almost £200 per month and having to manually fill out a spreadsheet... Edit: Customer support kindly reached out with improvements offered. This review will be updated as they were made.

This company cares about their customers, I just had a productive conversation with one of the accountants named Khalifa, he was very accommodating and helpful. I have been with this company for over a year, and just took out my second package with them. The price of the package is very competitive, and with access to the Osome app, they make the process fairly simple, all you really need to do is upload any invoices that you have. I use them for doing my accounts for Amazon only, but I believe they also do accounts and book keeping for other platforms.

Nurul was diligent and professional throughout the onboarding process. A great service.
