I have purchased a few products from Sherpa Outdoor and all have been of a very high quality. I recently ordered a pair of waterproof hiking pants. Unfortunately they were too big. I contacted Sherpa advising I would require a size smaller... There were no issues and their return policy was easy to follow. My smaller size waterproof hiking pants are on their way to me now...thank you KT
