Very timely and Responsive Service from Sherpa. I ordered a pair of Altra Rivera Runners. Unfortunately, they were to narrow. I rang Sherpa, spoke to the owner who was very helpful. I then spoke to Rebecca who had very comprehensive knowledge about the choices and fitting widths of the Altra styles. I sent the runners back and received a refund. I ordered a new pair of Altra Torin runners that arrived today in the mail and they fit. Thank you for your great customer service.

Fast postage. Great well prices boots. You should however improve the quality of the ‘gift pen’ if you are going to bother with something like this- it broke immediately & went in the bin- kind of neutralising the overall ‘enviro care’ image you were aiming for with the brown paper receipt etc.
