You do not need to take anything! 7th Heaven has thought about every little detail, even down to snacks, teas, towels, hair towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ear plugs, water (chose from sparkling, still, room temperature or chilled), hair ties, deodorants for after. EVERYTHING you’ll ever need. It’s nice to be able to chose your time in the room with times of darkness and lights (of course you can chose your colours to). Such a friendly welcome to :) Very highly recommend!

Sarah was so knowledgeable and made the experience so relaxing as soon as we arrived! The float room was so clean and the extras touches provided were very thoughtful. Will definitely visit again.

I was delighted to find a local provider and ecstatic to find out how good they are - Sarah is a mine of information and has the whole experience organised in a really friendly, thoughtful and efficient way - she is so helpful and answers all sorts of questions, and the whole environment is really clean.

Lovely space beautifully set up warm and clean

The whole set up is just great. Sarah was so lovely and helpful as it was my first time there and I felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed teh experience. I would love to make this a more regular thing, I could feel the calmness for the rest of the day!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I messaged the lovely Sarah to book a session for my dad and she popped us on the cancellation list and got us booked in v quickly which was much appreciated.
