Verschickt schlechtere Ware, als man kauft/bezahlt.

Verschicken regelmäßig deutlich schwächere Akkus, als angegeben wird. Ich behaupte, dass das kein Versehen ist. Dafür ist das zu oft. Die wenigsten Käufer prüfen aber mit einer Software am PC nach, ob der Akku für das iPhone auch wirklich die Kapazität hergibt. Als ich den Verkäufer dazu anschrieb, bot er an, mir das komplette Geld zu geben, wenn ich dafür eine 5-Sternebewertung auf Amazon veröffentliche. Ich habe den Verkäufer daraufhin bei Amazon gemeldet. Es gibt dort mehrere Rezensionen, in denen zu sehen ist, dass der Akku teilweise über 1000mAh weniger leistet.

I ordered a iPhone 11 screen and when it arrived the screen wasn’t in it I don’t know Weather someone tampered with it or it was just a packaging problem. The company has not been responding to any of my messages.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I received a screen that wasn’t working they came back to me and offered me £10 refund even though I had paid £25, the other option was to send the screen back and get it tested as soon as I said I would like to return it and get it tested they have know ignored every email and WhatsApp message I have sent. Much more worth looking on Amazon.

Purchased a few screens from ll trader…

Purchased a few screens from ll trader 1st had a fault did not return next few were ok but 4th ribon snapped in packaging sent photos of damage to get asked for more photos when originals clearly show the fault sorry but bad customer service avoid wont replace item there a joke and screens not apple compatible.

STAY CLEAR, NEVER USE AGAIN !!!!!!!

Order iphone xr replacement sceen, tracked my delivery via swiship. tracking said delivered 20/07/23. i was home at the time, so i checked my letter box, nothing, knocked on neighbours doors, nothing, As i live in flat 15 ***** house, **** road. Sometime my parcels get delivered 15 **** road, i even walked down there to see if they recevied it, which happens to be my best mate. went on swiship, was delivered by amazon logistics. cant get hold of them so got hold of suppier only to be told check with neighbours, check with local post office, told them i have done that. This has gone on for nearly 2 wks and keep getting same reply, please contact post office and open dispute and claim, Keep telling them the post office dont recongnise the tracking number and it was delivered by amazon logistics, They did offer me a £10 off to order a replacement. while all this has been going on, ive ordered a new 1 from amazon which was delivered the very next day and fitted. Wish i checked the reviews first because if i did, i would never have ordered from L L TRADER

DO NOT SHOP HERE !!

So i ordered a screen and which i don’t need anymore and i returned bare in mind paying postage myself. i was fine to take that loss of paying £5 for postage but then they said they will refund only £30 even though i paid £34.99 and this is due to them needing to pay post office. how does that work when i paid to send the product back and still taking £5 off for what reason. customer service is absolutely atrocious and i will take action against this company !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
