Pragmatic, interactive, well designed

Over the course of more than a decade, I have been trained and taught by Aidan. I will say that every time, I received a better training, an improoved level of understanding, getting me to become better and better. For me, it is very easy now, as his main focus is not to get you to memorise data and info only, he is focused to help people to understand the proceses and the root cause. In that way you can use your knowledge to identify and to make the corect assesment and intervention if needed. I will give ten stars out of five to Aidan.

The delivery of the course was really broken down and taken one at a time including the questions and answers session. The group work was also helpful. His voice, tone and the pace was excellent.
