I ordered 2 items, sadly there was a mistake somwhere and the item was out of stock, the next morning I got a lovely email with an apology for the mix up. I was offered a refund or time to choose another item to replace, I chose the refund which turned up only a couple of days later (much quicker than I expected) The item that has arrived did so very quickly, it is a Christmas present so we've not used them yet but I have to say they look FAB, exactly what I hoped. Overall I have no complaints about my experince using this site and I would definitely use it again. Many thanks.

Very much a gamble wether the Shoe Company actually adheres to UK sizes. Ordered a pair of shoes which were marked as size 8 but were far too small lost £8 in P&P fees. No reply from Blunts customer services.

No reply to emails after complaint of knowingly selling undersized Boots. If they had been honest about the sizes would have saved a lot of hassle and postage costs.
