I ordered a number of wellington ankle boots on Thursday 21st April and spoke to a customer support advisor who ensured that this order would be delivered by Monday 25th April. This order was purchased for a community project that was to be held on Wednesday 27th April, hence the need for a quick deliver. All I can say is: I'm appalled at the treatment I have had since. not only do get a e-mail every day since the order saying Sorry, you wow/blunts parcel is delated due to unexpected issue. I have spoken again to a customer service advisor and his attitude was "we can't cancel this order as it's with the depot"! I'm not convinced this order will ever get here even though I have payed through my works account which puts me in a very difficult situation with finance. I don't know what to do as I can't get any support or help. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way this company has dealt with this order.
