Excellent Service and product the only thing stopping at getting a five star rating was I ordered a pair of crocs in an adult 7-8 And they are an 8 so were too big. Recommended company though

I ordered freestep slippers size 5 STANDARD FITTING. YOU SENT ME EEE FITTING. I chatted on line with someone who blatantly refused to acknowledge that your packing depot had made a huge mistake. In fact she said you only sell standard fitting. I returned the slippers and you only refunded the cost of the slippers, not the postage. So obviously you found that you had sent the wrong item but I did not receive an apology from you. Yours sincerely V. Hill
