I got the shoes I ordered very quickly, exactly as pictured and they are very comfortable and very good value!

The quality and colour when I received these shoes were fantastic. Very well made. I ordered from Blunts due to many high street retailers not providing size 2 ladies shoes. They never have any styles in stock and always have to keep ordering online. I can buy a size 3 in boots, Skechers and sometimes sandals but not shoes. The foot lengths are too long and then the width is too wide. Many years ago I could walk into Clarks and buy a pair of shoes in a size 3 but not anymore. Many assistants just say to me we can't help you, you'll have to go online. I feel this doesn't help me and there is a market out there that many women have said to me that they no longer can buy the size of the shoe they used to due to the shoe industry adapting UK measurements in not the most efficient way that benefits everyone. The shoe industry in the UK does not seem to cater for women with small feet or extra large feet. The only reason why I returned them was because they were too narrow in the fit. However, since having my feet measured I was buying the correct foot length. In future I will probably return to look at Blunts shoes again.

Blunts have a great selection of shoes. I bought a pair of men’s Loake formal shoes and they arrived quickly. The returns policy is good but my shoes are perfect. I will definitely buy from Blunts again.

Wide fitting shoes were out of stock in my local branch, so I was directed to the Blunts shop online. I ordered what I wanted with ease and the shoes arrived within a couple of days. Perfect.

My daughter is set on patent shoes but these are a nice compromise as the butterfly is 'pretty' by her accounts! My daughter has wide feet, she is usually a G but the H seems fine, which probably indicates that these may come up narrower. The leather is soft and they fit well. They also polish nicely. The shoes light up when she walks; some schools do no allow these types of shoes.
