Ordered some Rosebank slippers for myself and my aunt. Confident the brand would met our needs. Blunts system dealt with the order speedily and my slippers arrived at exactly the time promised. Ordering was easy and the parcel arrived in good order having been well packed.

Slight issue with sizing and one flip flops was out of line however refund and return quickly as faulty goods but customer service 👌 super

Delivery took a week even though I paid for express shipping. Have complained. Free returns are not offered and cannot return to a store. I will not be ordering from here again unless absolutely certain that the shoes will fit given the cost of returning the package if they don't.

I was pleased I ordered online as sadly over the phone, not all the items showed on their system as being available, which is rather unusual. After my phonecall I went online and ordered 3 items. All 3 arrived and are good quality and good value for money- All in all an excellent service. Thanks

I loved the shoes. I didn't like the inaccurate sizing. Child's feet were professionally measured at Clarks retailer before ordering. They are too wide and too long. There is 1.5cm gap between child's foot and shoe heel. I didn't like being charged for deliver/ return.
