Received email on Friday to say cult beauty order had been delivered by P2P TrakPak, but it hadn't been delivered to me at all. Currently order is still missing, with no response from P2P. Clearly order was delivered to the wrong address; at no point did P2P contact me to check the address location/identifying features of the house to make sure they were delivering to the correct address. Can you clarify to which wrong address P2P made the delivery, and whether you have retrieved the delivery from wherever it was left incorrectly?
