I placed an order with Pretty Little Thing Feb. 17 and it was picked up by P2P the next day. However, the package has been sitting in Queens, NY since Feb. 21 and there has been ZERO update since. The tracking website said it cleared customs and Pretty Little Thing has an expected delivery date but FedEx is the actual carrier and they say the delivery date is “pending.” I just want to know what’s the hold up.
