Great Custoner service! See below for an update. I have been wearing Isami Gi’s for over 30 years and I bought one for my son as a reward for completing his 2nd Kyu. I have been assured it’s an original Isami but the quality is quite shockingly poor. All my gi’s even when old are so tough they can nearly stand up on there own after washing. His is so thin it just creases up and looks awful. I did question this several times but they still assured me it’s an Isami. If this is true their quality has drastically gone down hill. I would like to update my review. I have been contacted and offered an alternative product foc. So well done and Good customer service. A new Isamu Gi has arrived and is great quality. Thank you!
