Where is my refund??

Ordered a pair of boots 23rd Sept., but they were the wrong size. It cost £76 plus to return them and athough Ellie Belle received them on 10th October (UPS have a signed receipt) I have still not received my refund! I have had a couple of emails saying it is being actioned but still nothing. I'm still over £230 out of pocket. I have kept all copies of paperwork and emails to prove.

Terrible experience & Poor Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, I was shocked to find they were damaged—specifically, the stones were loose. I documented everything with photos and videos and communicated directly with the manager, Marcus, who assured me that the damaged fee would be waived. So, imagine my frustration when I found out they still charged me a return fee despite the clear proof of the defect. It honestly makes no sense. How can a company claim to care about customer satisfaction yet stick you with a fee under such circumstances? My dealings with the customer service team were equally disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of support or understanding of my situation, which added to my frustration. This has not only left me feeling unhappy but has really soured my perception of the brand as a whole. I am seriously considering sharing my experience widely because I think it’s only fair for potential customers to understand what they might face. If you’re seeking decent service and quality control, I suggest you think twice before shopping here. Again, that’s not true there was definitely visible damage to the shoes you all are lairs which is why I will never shop here again.
