It was a replacement chain to hold my gemstone pendants. The customer service from when I placed the order to the end was absolutely brilliant. Ordered a 20” sterling silver rope chain for my son, chose this company as the price was excellent and the reviews were good. I was extremely pleased with Booth & Booth’s owner, Joan’s excellent customer service! The lovely chains arrived safely and were sent so efficiently. The presentation boxes and inner acid free tissues are a very nice touch. Before the purchase Joan kindly talked me through the chain’s sizes so that I knew if they would fit through the bales of the pendants I had. The Torcion chains are really beautiful. I have seen and felt the classic rope chains many times, but this is the first time experiencing a Torcion. I appreciate their attention to detail and warm personal customer service.
