My items all arrived in a timely manner and there was good communication throughout the process as to how the shipping was going. I was a little taken aback by some of the other comments about this company but thankfully, they did not disappoint.

The color on the website was misleading Unfortunately as I had already opened up the product, could not return it . It is a shame as I paid quite a bit for it $58.

I have always struggled with my skin. I have tried various cleansers before but none of them compare this this. I love that it smells like a spa and how effortlessly it takes off my makeup. My skin always feels so soft afterwards too. Highly recommend.

Product not received and customer service are useless - they refuse to provide a refund, keep asking me to speak to Yodel when I have already spent hours speaking to them only to be told the phone number for the delivery driver provided is a scam and they cant find the parcel

Received my item very quickly. Well packaged. Received it in pristine condition.

Very easy to order however the shipping was a little slow (not an issue) and the tracking number provided on a previous occasion was incorrect and the last order was correct. They provided the "receipt" number and not the tracking number. Overall very great experience and would use them again.

Honestly, this is the best foundation I have ever tried in my LIFE I am not lying and I have tried many of products from drugstore to high end. It covers EVERYTHING, full coverage but it doesn’t feel you are wearing foundation. The texture is smooth and matte which I’m looking for. Thanks Estée Lauder maximum coverage! Perfect for me
