Hassle free in signing up a new account to order the product which has end of life (so difficult to find it for online delivery locally). Professional tracking mechanism and delivery reached even before the estimated shipment days. Will definitely go back to place orders from Cosmetics Now again when I need to source for something which I can find there.

Although full address details were provided while ordering but still the courier company did not deliver the item till I followed up with them, and they excuse was that they don't have a adress correctly. Also, upon your arrival, i found that the pressure tube does not work well, which causes difficulty in leaving the cream out of the bottle

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I placed order #2137429 by mistake and emailed them 10 minutes later to cancel as I ordered the wrong product. Literally 10 minutes after I ordered! I'm based in Dubai and they claim to be so efficient that the order was processed within that 10minutes and it's already with DHL in the US to be flown out! Just to make a sale, they'd rather ship out something I ordered by mistake. Basically, they have made it impossible to cancel an order after you place it. I literally emailed them minutes after ordering . No good faith at all. At least offer a customer a credit to buy something they want because it was a genuine mistake. 1 week later, haven't received the product yet they managed to process and send the order to DHL in 10mins which is simply a BIG FAT LIE. They just want to make a sale which is immoral. They even had the audacity to offer me a 7% discount if i don't return the wrong item. Why not go out of your way for a customer and stop the item from being shipped as I alerted you minutes after I made the error? Any reasonable company would but I guess you're not reasonable people!

It stays on without creasing all day and all evening. Kir Royal is my favourite colour and perfect for brunettes with warm skin tones. Congratulations!

I went online to buy $313 worth of products from Cosmetics Now. Ronit M told me that a small amount was refunded to my card and asked me to let him know the amount, for security purposes. Before I could tell him the amount, the full $313 was charged to the card. Better yet, after I told him the small refund and charge that was made to my card, he said I could not verify the account and hence could not send me the items. Sounds fishy... but sure. As long as I get my refund. When I checked my account the next day, I saw that the refund was only for $295.92. When I emailed Ronit, he kept asking me to check with the bank to raise a dispute. Bank has informed me that this is all that was refunded. Cosmetics Now kept $17.08 of my money. Please NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATS.

Very happy with my purchase and shipping time. I usually buy several of the shower gel to keep stocked because I pretty much use it on a daily basis. The scent is so beautiful, light and long lasting. I love buying from Cosmetics Now because I can buy the shower gel by itself vs having to buy a box set as in some dept stores. And the price is great, thank you!
