May 29 ordered a Robot Vacuum Cleaner - Tesvor S6+. In November, the vacuum cleaner started to work incorrectly. I contacted support, and they sent me a new vacuum cleaner instead. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be so fast. I am very pleased with this seller's service.

I saw a lot of negative reviews after I had already places the order and it had been dispatched. To me everything went well and was also delivered within the time they said it would be delivered. Only negative thing to say is the unique code of my perfume had been used before so I’m not sure what that means. (Is it fake?) but I have my product and it smells like it should so I’m content.

They sold me a hair product which was produced over 2 years ago (verified by the manufacturer, same batch even as my previous order many months ago) and I found their customer service to be very poor when I contacted them about this issue. They didn't believe me when I let them know what the manufacturer informed me about the production date of the product and they were apparently too lazy or disinterested to even check it out themselves with the manufacturer which could have been very easy for them to do. Very poor and frustrating experience with this company.

This is still the old version without the signature of this product: iron head. It took more than the est time to ship here. A bad and unsatisfied online shopping experience!
