Very happy with my purchase and would give it 5 stars except that it took a couple of weeks to reach me. However, I understand there are mail holdups between Australia and NZ at present.

Although it is during the lockdown, my order has still arrived within the expected time. The packing was wrapped with bubbles. Nice shopping experience.

Honestly I don’t know why I have seen bad reviews on here. After reading reviews I was skeptical but I am based in New Zealand my items came from New York and they came faster than my items from Australia! Good customer service and speedy response to emails. Would re order from this company for sure in the future and recomend.

I have used this product before but it’s the first time ordering it from this website. Have not open to use yet. Reasonable 3 days waiting time after placing an order 👍

I emailed to complain that one of my items was old and stale - the surface of the pot rouge should be smooth, instead of blotchy. I even attached pics ! After the initial reply to say they will look into it, I haven’t heard anything back for 1 whole week. And this is despite a followup email ! If they take customer satisfaction seriously, they should just replace the item asap. They obviously don’t. With dodgy product quality and poor after sales service, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
