We placed our order on the 12th of July. Their prices was the most competitive for the perfume however with postage, it ends up being the same as chemist warehouse or All beauty stalls. Paid $12.55 for normal postage through Auspost. Said 6 to 10 BUSINESS days. A bit odd but cool. We only got the delivery on the 28th of July. 14 business days and 2.5 weeks later. This is the longest I have ever waited for a delivery in Australia. Unfortunately, despite the product being as advertised and great, I won't be using this website again.

Delivery was quick and efficient and I received my order in a box that was a little too big (that’s alright). I’m a satisfied customer.

Wow I’m truely impressed Wow I’m truely impressed. It took about 5 days after after placing my order to receive my package. OMG every item was packed securely with thick bubble wrap, extra plastic wrapping, and two cloths were place for extra protection. I ordered skin care from Sabon and all the ítems arrived unexpired! I am so thankful for this site because Sabon.com was sold out of the items I so desperately needed to obtain. I was also sent an delivery follow up email. They provided info for assistance if I had any problems with my order.

Epicuren Orange Blossom is an excellent moisturizer i have been using for long. I am relieved of the supplies by Cosmetics New who are prompt, quick and priceworthy. Happy with them and surely recommend them for all.

Intentionally misleading for them to have a .co.uk address as they aren't in the UK and have no dispatch facilities in the UK. My order has been missing for a full month and they absolutely don't care. All customer service does is dismiss it. ("Try back again after the end of the month.") They are using the pandemic as an excuse to not address real problems that happen and expect customers to simply accept being left empty handed and out of pocket. I should have just used Amazon.
