Before I start with negative remarks I must endorse the exemplary quality of workmanship and gems quality. The worst recurring experience I had thrice is the most pathetic customer handling post payments, absolute reluctance to follow up materialisation of the product to the customer in time. As all agree the individual does a one time purchase of gems, exorbitant the costs nevertheless one expects timely delivery as per the promised terms and conditions, I was aghast at the recurring phenomenon of most pathetic customer follow-up post the complete payments. My first order I thought it was a logistic flaw and ignored it however then the second and the third, I had been coordinating with one Mr Ashu, he appeared to be the nicest soul on earth to execute all the orders but as soon as the payments were made he never cared to respond back or to even pick up phone calls or see and respond to whattsapp messages. To top it all the customer care was contacted umpteen number of times by me to ensure timely deliver as promised but the most unprofessional conduct was exhibited by all whom I contacted. The deliveries were all delayed and the time stipulation as per astrologers were delayed I place on records the exemplary quality and workmanship but most pathetic customer support and follow-up Apparently it’s evident that the higher echelons in the company are here to build one time customers and not protracted relationships
