Very bad experience with the support staff. The team have been responding late so as to make sure that the return window is closed and customer pays penalties for the order. The gold jewellery is very badly crafted and even after sharing multiple images and calling the support team, they are not able to provide satisfactory solutions and telling to get the design changed from local vendors since gempundit cant do anything as confirmed by their production teams. The designs are ugly and not worth spending money at all. If you have a trusted local jeweller who can craft the jewellery then only purchase loose gem else don’t bother wasting money. It’s expensive and there is almost 25% loss if you have any issues with the products
