This is my first experience with GemPundit and i was very pleased. My friend recommended the business to me with only good things to say. I own jewelry made in india from my last trip there and was impressed with the workmanship and quality- so my expectations were already good. But i have to say their CS Rep Ashu really took care of me. He made the process of selecting the right stone so much easier for me, he even called my astrologer to make sure he got it right. I had an existing ring design modified and that too came out the way i wanted it. It was a very pleasant process and i am so happy with my ring.
