I was very happy that this company has Dedicated, Honest, Helpful & Excellent people Specially Mr, Neeldas. The Question all I had regarding the Quality, gemstones & Ring type were answered with lots of patience. I had a problem with punchdhatu ring & spoke to Mr, Neeldas. I was shown on the website via live chat of a rubellite tourmaline which was deep red in colour. Unfortunately the actual stone received was borderline deep pink/apricotish, it was so dissapointing. As similar shape of stone was shown on the video, viewer has no avenue to know the exact measurement so you can't really proof if the same stone was purchased although the online chat person will swear to their heart they will send the same stone. When I initially write to inform them I will be returning the stone, it took them days to acknowledge my request and advice them if they don't accept my return, they will cope an honest review from me. Eventually someone got back to me and agreed for me to return the stone. After some enquiry on postage and insurance, after already paid delivery charges from their end, it is not worth the the hassle of sending back the stone. I was already warn not to purchase stones from this part of the world but I have now learnt my lesson. Basically if you look closely at their website, some pictures will say sample and some don't . You need to be very careful when dealing with these people, they will give you standard response with the certificate and advised you that what they sent was definitely what you have ordered. I have checked their reveiws and I acknowledged there are some good reviews. I believe the good reviews are due to customers not knowing their stones well, or the lucky ones who have received the exact stone depends on the type of stone you ordered. So basically I can assure you not every customer will receive the exact same stone though some will so it is a matter of luck.
